HIITZHOP is the high intensity interval training program strategically designed to make you feel like you're in the club, by incorporating recovery dance sequences to the hottest hip hop beats. Authentic to the true style of HIIT, as it was originally designed to be, the HIITZHOP program will push your cardiorespiratory fitness to new limits! Jump, slide, run, squat and twerk for forty minutes and watch your body transform!
